Free Medical camp held in Inida

Service of the humanity without any discrimination is at the heart of human brotherhood. The world we are living in has shared sorrows and happiness. It is our moral duty to help the less privileged sections of society irrespective of any discrimination for caste, creed, race and colour. In line with the vision of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, Minhaj Welfare Foundation, a global charity network, has been engaged in welfare activities. Its operations are not confined to Pakistan. Rather MWF has worked in various parts of the world including Iran, Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Recently, a free medical camp was organized by MQI (Kolkata, India) in Muhammad Jan Higher Secondary School on March 08, 2015. A team of doctors checked 1568 patients on the occasion. In addition to free check-up, the patients were given free medicines. Those of the patients with poor health condition were provided the facility of tests for free.

The people who availed the medical services appreciated the initiative of MQI. They thanked the MQI leadership and expressed the desire that many more such camps should be held where the poorest of the poor can get medical facilities for free.
