Detailed Tour by Delegation of Minhaj ul Quran

A delegation of Minhaj ul Quran international left from Lahore today to visit the devastated areas of the earthquake. The delegation was led by Mr.Hassan Mohai ud Din who is the eldest son of Shaykh ul Islam Dr Tahir ul Qadri and the President of the Supreme council of Minhaj ul Quran. The Chief Executive of Minhaj ul Quran Dr Raheeq Ahmed Abbasi and President Pakistan Awami Tehreek Mr.Duryab Yousaf Hashmi were also accompanied by Mr.Hassan Mohai ud Din. Ameer of Punjab Mr. Ahmed Nawaz Anjum and President MWF Kashmir Mr. Sardar Mansoor also joined the delegation during the visit.
More than 85 Trucks sent by MWF in the past 4 days

20 more TRUCKS have been dispatched today by Minhaj Welfare Foundation from different camps all over Pakistan. Due to the shortage of Transport many camps were not able to send the stuff. In the past 3 days many trucks were sent directly from the sub camps of MWF in Punjab.

Mr. Farooq Mirza, President PAT Chechawatni, Mr. Muhammad Jameel, Mr. Muhammad Saeed, Mr. Mohsin Chishti were present at the time of meeting.

During his 4 months visit abroad to Canada, U.K, France, Syria and Turkey Shaykh ul Islam Dr Tahir ul Qadri completed the translation
of the Holy Quran "IRFAN UL QURAN". Shaykh ul Islam Dr Tahir ul Qadri also lead the Spiritual Tour of Minhaj ul Quran (Europe) to Syria and Turkey and addressed conferences and workshops in U.K, Canada and France.

A delegation of 11 youth members of Asia Link Network U.K visited the Head
Office of Minhaj ul Quran. The delegation was lead by a well known
personality Lord Shauqat from London. The 11 youth members of the delegation
were all from U.K but belonged to different countries backgrounds and
religions. During their visit they were briefed by the director Foreign
Affairs Mr. Dawood Mash`hadi about the aims and objectives of Minhaj ul
Quran in Pakistan and out of Pakistan.

Grand UK Conference 2005, Central Manchester Mosque

Alhamdu Lillah the conference entitled Miraj-un-Nabi Conference, was a great success. The organizers are very happy with how it went. The mosque was full to its capacity with the public turnout beating the mosques records for conferences. Scholars from across the UK attended including many senior, famous and renowned scholars of the UK.
Muqam e Mustafa Conference, Glasgow

The Muqam e Mustafa Conference which took place in the Five Star Thistle Hotel in the centre of Glasgow with a turnout of almost 900 people was immensely successful and was also highly praised by Shaik ul Islam Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri himself.

We were shocked to hear the sad news about the demise of a Great Islamic Scholar Sheikh Ahmed Hoosen Deedat. Inna Lillahe Wa Inna Elaihe Rajeoon. (Quran).All the members of Minhaj ul Quran are in grief and sorrow. Founding leder of Minhaj ul Quran International, Shaykh ul Islam Dr Tahir Ul Qadri expressed his sorrow and grief (from Turkey) on the loss of a great Scholar to the Islamic World.

the visit of Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair to the
mosque of Minhaj-ul-Quran International on Friday the 15th July. The
close door meeting with Sir Ian Blair took place before the public
address in which the MQI leaders discussed issues related to the
security of the Muslims and the actual teachings of Islam.

Irfan-ul-Quran

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, keeping in view the intellectual and spiritual need of the hour, started translating the Holy Quran into Urdu around 1990, to illuminate the Muslim world. Irfan-ul-Quran was the title he gave to his translation of the Sacred Quran. Because of lack of time he had been able to translate only 22 parts of the Holy Quran until a couple of months ago.

Famous Film Producer and General Secretary Pakistan Muslim League Lahore Sohail Mehmood Butt visited Central Secretariat Minhaj-ul-Quran on the invitation of Syed Duryab Yousif Hashmi, Presedent PAT Punjab. He met Dr. Raheeq Ahamd Abbasi, Nazim-e-Ala MQI and Duryab Yousaf Hashmi, President PAT Punjab. He visited various departments and directorates of MQI. While expressing his views he said that he was astonished by the achievements of Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and Minhaj-ul-Quran at world wide level in the fields of Dawah, Education and Welfare. At this occasion he signed the life membership form and attained life membership of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
Metropolitan Police Commissioner of London has visited Minhaj-ul-Quran London Centre

While addressing the Muslim Sir Ian Blair said that London attacks were not anything to do with Islam.
There`s nothing wrong with being a fundamentalist Muslim, Jew or Christian, the key issue is the slide into extremism," he said.
We`ve only got 300 Muslim police officers in London - that`s not good enough. I need your mothers, fathers, sons and daughters."
