Shaykh-ul-Islam speaks on status of the Holy Prophet (SAW) in South Carolina, USA

Shaykh-ul-Islam described that Allah (S.W.T) speaks to His Prophets who pass on the Devine message to the people. He emphasized that ‘Risalat’ is the first step or pillar to comprehend ‘Tawheed’ (Monotheism) and our beloved Prophet is our guide and our teacher. Without a firm belief in our Holy Prophet and without understanding the significance of ‘Risalat’, it is impossible to even imagine understanding ‘Tawheed’ (Oneness of God).

Shaykh-ul-Islam began his lecture with a detailed linguistic definition of ‘Islam’ that revolves around the terms of ‘Peace’, ‘Safety’ and ‘Security’. He then rendered a beautiful explanation of the three levels of Islam, viz. ‘Islam’, ‘Iman’, and ‘Ihsan’, focusing on the compassionate, merciful and humane nature of Islam.
Sister Ghazala speaks at Texas Mawlid Celebration-2012

Sister Ghazala Hassan Qadri highlighted the importance of the love of the Holy Prophet by explaining that if we are consumed with his love, then his likes become our likes, and his dislikes become our dislikes; if we love the Holy Prophet ardently, we will wish to follow in his footsteps. Throughout her speech, Sister Ghazala mentioned several hadiths regarding the mercy of the Holy Prophet to believers and non-believers of his time.

There Is No Room for Terrorism in Islam

“Any act against kindness, benevolence, mercy or compassion cannot be perceived as an Islamic action. That is totally outside the boundaries of Islam,” Dr. Qadri told an audience of more than 600 in Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel. The two-hour lecture was attended by prominent Muslim Chicago-area leaders, who interrupted with spontaneous chants of approval.
UN grants 'Special Consultative Status' to Minhaj-ul-Quran International

The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) has formally recognised and granted a 'Special Consultative Status' to Minhaj-ul-Quran International. MQI founded by the prominent authority on Islam, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, is an international organization working to promote peace, tolerance, interfaith harmony and education, tackle extremism and terrorism, engage with young Muslims for religious moderation, promote women’s rights, development and empowerment, and provide social welfare and promotion of human rights.

At the U.S.-Islamic World Forum in Washington D.C., which was jointly organized by the Brookings Institution, the Qatar Government and the OIC, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri met with the Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), Prof Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu. They spoke about various issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on a host of issues.
MQI (North America) organizes Mehfil-e-Milad

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri focused his speech on the clarification of the concept of Jihad in Islam, concept of Khawarij and clarification on Dar al-Islam/ Dar al-Harb. He said that Jihad guarantees the establishment of global peace and social welfare-oriented nations. He declared that Jihadi groups have misinterpreted the concept of jihad.
MQI New Jersey organizes Imam-e-Hussain (RA) Conference

USA for the remembrance of Shahadat e Hazrat Imam Hussain RA. There were a large
number of men , women and youngsters who attended the event. The program started
at 3.30 pm after Asr Prayer. After Quran Khawani, the formal proceedings of the
program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Osama Waseem followed
by recital of Naat by Faqir Muhammad, Manzoor Elai and Muhammad Rashid (Raqam ul
Horoof).

The Event was organized at Hilton Hotel in Southwest area of Houston, the largest city in the State of Texas, and the fourth largest city in the United States.
