It is duty of every Pakistani to help there brethren trapped in water. The relief
activities of MWF continue at a greater pace in the flood affected areas. Food Medicine
and other necessities of life have been dispatched to Noshera, Essa Khail, Trag
Sharif and Taunsa Sharif. These views were expressed by the acting MWF Director
Iftikhar Shah Bukhari on the occasion of sending more relief goods. Senior Naib
Nazim e Ala Sheikh Zahid Fayaz, G M Malik, Ahmed Nawaz Anjum, Mian Iftikhar, Abdul
Hafeez Ch and other central leaders were also present at the occasion.
Giving details Iftikhar Shah Bukhari said 700 people have been accommodated in
10 camps who are being provided with necessities of life. Relief truks have been
sent for Rajan Pur and Taunsa Sharif. He said that huge tent settlement have been
established in Karor Lal Esan, Layyah and Essa Khail and relief goods have also
been sent. MWF has also set a relief camp in Bhakkar. He said that it is matter
of record that MWF has always carried out relief operations in the calamity hit
areas. We would not leave our suffering brothers and sisters alone in this hour
of trial and grief. These operations would continue until the complete rehabilitation
of these people.
