The 28th International Milad Conference will be held on February 4 (Saturday)
at Minar-e-Pakistan under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. The mega
event will be attended by hundreds of thousands of people from across Pakistan as
well as abroad. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will deliver telephonic
address to the participants through video conferencing.
Elaborate arrangements have been made for the event. Big hoardings and banners
have been hung across the city of Lahore.
These views were expressed by Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, head of administrative committee,
while talking to the meeting of the sub-committees. Jawad Hamid, GM Malik, Ahmad
Nawaz Anjum, Sajid Mahmood Bhatti, Raja Jamil Ajmal, Altaf Hussain Gilani, and others
were present on the occasion.
Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz said that the hundreds of thousands of people would attend
the Conference despite severe cold. He said that separate arrangements have been
made for the women. He further said that scholars of international repute will also
speak at the Conference.
