PAT (UK) holds workshop for conveners

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (UK chapter) arranged a workshop for its conveners on the 22nd February 2015 in Walsall. The conveners from all over the UK attended the workshop.

The purpose of holding the workshop was to educate the participants about current political situation in Pakistan, apprise them of the PAT’s election process and the political strategy and motivate them to double their efforts to achieve organizational objectives. Senior PAT leaders addressed the workshop and shared their informed perspectives with the participants.

Central PAT President Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi also addressed the conveners as keynote speaker via telephone. He threw light on the prevailing political situation in the country besides informing the participants about the reorganization process of the party. He urged the conveners to keep themselves abreast of developments taking place in the field of politics. He said that the PAT office holders need to refine their communication tools to be able to convey their message effectively.

A cake marking the 64th birthday of PAT chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri was cut on the occasion. The workshop concluded on Dua for the country’s progress, peace and stability and early recovery and long life of Dr Qadri.
