Dr Tahir ul Qadri vows to struggle until justice for the model town tragedy is done

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri reached Pakistan on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Talking to the media at Lahore airport, he reiterated his commitment that the innocent workers who lost their lives in the Model Town tragedy would not be forgotten and those behind the tragedy would not be forgiven. The PAT chief said that the PAT workers would not rest until those responsible for the incident are held accountable.

The PAT supremo said that no arrests had been made after the Model Town incident, even though the killers had been seen by millions on television.

He added that the PAT executive council would meet on July 29, after which an All-Parties Conference would be held on July 31 at the headquarters of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. He would make a major announcement on July 31 about the future strategy.
