Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdeldaim al-Jindi Delivers Lecture on Islamic Sufism at Minhaj University Lahore

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdeldaim al-Jindi, Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif (AIRA), delivered a scholarly lecture at Minhaj University Lahore on “Islamic Sufism: A Way of Life.”

During the lecture, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdeldaim al-Jindi highlighted the role of authentic Islamic Sufism in spiritual purification, character building, emotional balance, self-discipline, sincerity, reliance upon Allah, and responsible engagement with society. He emphasized that true Sufism promotes knowledge, lawful earning, hard work, compassion, and righteous conduct, while rejecting idleness and passive dependence on others.

Prof. Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Registrar, Minhaj University Lahore, warmly welcomed the distinguished guest and presented him with a souvenir at the conclusion of the program.

The event was attended by representatives and faculty members of Minhaj University Lahore, along with central office-bearers and representatives of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
