Toronto, Canada: Shaykh ul Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri Receives Grand Welcome After Historic UK Tour

Toronto, Canada: His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri arrived in Toronto, Canada, accompanied by Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Prof. Dr Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League International, Dr Ghazala Qadri, and Shaykh Ahmad Mustafa al-Arabi al-Qadri, following the successful completion of his historic and highly acclaimed tour of the United Kingdom.
The UK tour featured a series of landmark events, scholarly lectures, public addresses, and meetings with community leaders, during which Shaykh-ul-Islam highlighted the timeless teachings of Islam, the significance of knowledge and spirituality, the preservation of Muslim identity, and the promotion of peace, unity, and interfaith harmony. Thousands of participants from across the United Kingdom attended the various programmes and benefitted from his profound scholarship and visionary guidance.
Upon their arrival at Toronto, the distinguished delegation received a warm and heartfelt welcome from Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri, who was joined by the leadership and members of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Canada. The guests were presented with bouquets of flowers as a gesture of love, honour, and respect.
Leading the reception was President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Canada, Sufi Muhammad Tariq, alongside members of the National Executive Council (NEC), including Tayyab Sheikh, Habib Malik, Dr Abdullah Ahmed Al-Qadri, Ch Ghulam Sarwar, Ghulam Rasool, Yousaf Bilal, Hafiz Zafar Iqbal, Hafiz Umair Waqas, and Hafiz Wahaj-ud-Din.
Also present to welcome Shaykh-ul-Islam were Allama Muhammad Ahmed Awan, Allama Zia-ul-Haq Razi, Qari Shafiq Ahmed Naeemi, Allama Hassnain Hameed, Haji Muhammad Afzal, Faheem Randhawa, Khawaja Kamran Rashid, Ahmed Malik, Sohail Siddiqui, Zafar Arshad, Adnan Sohail (UK), Fayyaz Ch, Eid Muhammad, Talat Churahi, along with many other office-bearers, scholars, workers, volunteers, and members of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Canada.
Members of Muslim Youth League Canada, led by Muzammil Sharief, enthusiastically welcomed the delegation, while members of Minhaj Women League Canada, under the leadership of Nahid Siddiqui, and Minhaj Sisters League Canada, led by Sana Ahmed, were also present in large numbers to receive the distinguished guests.
