A prayer ceremony was organized as part of celebrations marking the 67th birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri at the central secretariat after Isha prayers on Feb 19. MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri presided over the ceremony. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri attended the programme through video link.
By the Grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) and His Beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) Minhaj Sisters League (The Hague, Netherlands) organized a Mehfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi named ‘Milad Celebration’ in the centre of The Hague. The program took place on 23rd of December and started at 6pm until 9pm. Approximately 30 ladies attended this program.
The 67th birthday of PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is being celebrated today (Feb 19). Special ceremonies and seminars are being held across Pakistan as well as in 100 Islamic Centres around the world in which tributes are being paid to Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri on his diverse services. The central ceremony in this regard will take place at the central secretariat of PAT today.
Once again after October 2016 Rohingya is facing a massacre, but this time at a far greater scale from the Myanmar state. According to UN’s special rapporteur nearly 90,000 Rohingyans have already escaped to Bangladesh. Thousands of more are making their way across the Naf river in extremely dangerous conditions arriving at the borders of Bangladesh completely exhausted and traumatised; having not eaten for days and surviving on rain or ground water.
The workers and leaders of MQI and PAT offered a sacrifice of 23 goats at the central secretariat on the occasion of the 67th birthday of PAT Chairman and founding leader of MQI Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Cake-cutting ceremonies were held in different cities in which prayers for good health and long life of Dr Qadri were made. The PAT leader thanked the workers and people belonging to all segments of society for birthday wishes that he received from across the world.
