In a statement here, Hussain said Qadri’s demands should be immediately accepted and that no hurdle should be created for his long march.

“The manner in which the government reacted slowly to deal with the situation developed in Quetta, same delaying tactics should not be used again. It will be good for democracy,” he said.

Any further delay, he opined, in accepting Qadri’s demands could further complicate the overall atmosphere.

He warned the government of using delaying tactics, which could turn into Quetta-like situation.

He said that MQM would continue its moral support for Dr. Tahirul Qadri in eliminating the outdated feudal system. SAMAA
