The second annual Hajj training camp in District Lodhran was held in Shaheed Muhammad Saddiq Kanju Hall of the District council under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Lodhran, which was attended by a large number of intending pilgrims. Malik Aslam Hammad, Rana Muhammad Zahir, Ch Abdul Ghaffar Sumbal, Malik Sultan, Umer Farooq and youths of MYL played important role in the conduct of the camp.

Hajj Training Camp held under the joint auspices of MQI Punjab and the Ministry of Religious Affairs proved very beneficial for the pilgrims. The participants took keen interest in what was imparted to them. Instructor Abdul Qayyum from central Secretariat of MQI made an excellent presentation before the participants through projector. He explained all phases in a simple manner. A stall of books and recorded speeches of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was also put up on the occasion. The visitors took great interest in his books and bought books and CDs of his speeches. Ch Abdul Ghaffar Sumbal appealed to the pilgrims to make special prayers for the early recovery and rehabilitation of the flood affectees.
