MQI Lahore sets up camps to celebrate Rabi-ul-Awal
A sacrifice of 23 goats was offered at the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran
International to mark the advent of the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awal. Reception camps
were set up at fifty places in Lahore under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
These camps, which were part of celebrations in connection with the onset of Rabi-ul-Awal,
were duly decorated with electric lights, banners, and posters with the name ‘Muhammad’
(SAW) inscribed in them.
Amir of MQI Lahore Irshad Tahir, Hafizullah Javed and Sanaullah Khan visited
these camps and appreciated the efforts of the workers. With the sighting of Rabi-ul-Awal
moon, the workers of MQI started decorating the camps and extended greetings and
congratulations on behalf of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri to the citizens
of Lahore. The workers of MQI are celebrating the blessed month with traditional
zeal and zest throughout the world. Special programs are being held in this regard.
