Monthly Gosha-e-Durood Gathering

The monthly religious and spiritual gathering of Gosha-e-Durood was held on the 3rd May at central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. Miskeen Faiz-ur-Rehman, Ameer-e-Tehreek, Dr. Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Nazim-e-Aala, well known Islamic jurist, Abdul Qayyum Hazaravi, G M Malik, Nazim of the department of foreign affairs, Haji Muhammad Salim Qadri, Haji Muhammad Riaz, Ahmad Nawaz Anjum, Ameer-e- Punjab, Allama Noor uzamman Qadri, Shakil Ahmad Tahir, Sajjad-ul-Aziz participated in the programme.

The programme started with the recitation of the Holy Quran at 9.P.M. Qari Abdul Basit recited a few verses from the Holy Quran in his melodious voice. Syed Abd-ur-Rauf, Zia-ul-Haq Awaesi got the honour to register their humble and modest appreciation in the court of the Holy Prophet (SAW) in the form of Naat. After that Bilali Brothers, famous Nashid artists, in their unique style presented naat and the hymns written by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Shakil Ahmad Tahir and Muhammad Sarwar Siddque also present naat in the holy Court of the Holy Prophet (SAW).

Amir-e-Punjab, Ahmad Nawaz Anjum told in his report that they had received 11 crore, 22 hundred thousands and 95 thousands 2 hundred and 38 durood sharif from the different corners of the world. He also said that Shaykh-ul-Islam had established the centre where both the spiritual and physical diseases of people are cured. He said thousands of patients have succeeded to recover their poor health through the heavenly power and blessings of Durood Sharif. He said, they would establish and better that cordial practice and the blessed water would be served at Secretariat after Mid day prayer. He said that now people need not to put water in the Gosha-e-Durood but it would be available daily.

Altaf Brothern, at the end of the gatherings, read naat of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Sahabzada Miskeen Faiz-ur-Rehman prayed to Allah for his special blessings and sought forgiveness for all the people who participated in the holy gathering.
