He said the credit for making MYL the organization that it is today goes to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri who has mentored and guided the generations of youth with his deep scholarship. He said that the youths associated with MYL have lived their life in line with the mission statement handed to them by Dr Qadri, adding that we are all proud of them for their character and mannerism.

Rana Waheed Shahzad, the president of Minhaj Youth League, welcomed the honorable guests for making time to attend the ceremony, especially Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Engineer Rafique Najam, Noorullah Siddiqui, Hafiz Shoaib Tahir, Haji Furrakh Khan, Sidra Karamat and the previous office-holders of MYL.
