Naib Nazim-e-Ala of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, has said that precarious state of national security and financial turmoil demands that the government should pursue a unanimous policy by taking all stakeholders on board. He said unending US missile strikes in the Pakistani territory constituted violation of our sovereignty and war against the state. This has caused concern and anguish among the masses. He said there was a need to vigorously initiate diplomatic offensive against the US over its 'master's attitude'. The world leaders should be told what treatment Pakistan was being meted out after having done so much for the so-called US-led war on terror. Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz said the subservient foreign policy of Pakistan has robbed the nation of its national confidence and honour. 'Pakistan should immediately take up the case with the UN and OIC in a bid to build pressure on the US to bring a halt to latter's missile strikes on its border areas', he concluded.
