وتنص الفتوى التي جاءت بالإنجليزية في 600 صفحة على أن الإسلام ليس بريئا فقط من التفجيرات الانتحارية والهجمات التي تستهدف المدنيين وإنما أيضا يخرج المتورطين فيها عن الملة القويمة، أي أنه يعتبرهم كفارا.

وقال الشيخ القادري مؤسسة حركة منهاج القرآن ان الانتحاريين "لا يمكنهم الادعاء بان انتحارهم عمل من اعمال الشهادة ليصبحوا من ابطال الامة، هذا غير صحيح لانهم سيصبحون من ابطال النار في الجحيم".
