Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Korea

South Korea is one of those countries who have progressed very fast in Asia. This country is known as a country of peaceful people. A large number of expatriate community also resides in South Korea. Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre holds special importance in this regard. In 2000, Islamic centre was established in Suwan, which is the central Islamic centre of Korea. In addition to this, there are Community centres in Buchon, Shiwa and Ansan. Upon the repeated requests of the member of the Tehreek, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri visited South Korea in 2003. Before the arrival of Shaykh-ul-Islam, three centres had already been set up. The visit of Shaykh-ul-Islam provided great impetus to the missionary work in South Korea. Hafiz Nazir Ahmad Khan has served here. Syed Ghulam Mustafa Mushahdi is rendering his services as a result of which a lot of progress has been made.
