As part of the birthday celebrations of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, MQI Paris arranged a ceremony in an adjoining area of the city to pay tributes to the visionary leadership of its leader. President of MQI Supreme Council, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri was the chief guest on the occasion. Naat, Nasheed and Qawwali were presented in the ceremony.
Minhaj Sister League France organized a first study circle on the topic of Hijab. The event started with the recitation of the Holy Quran (Surah Al-Jumu’ah) by sister Uzma, followed by Durood-e-Pak and a Nasheed by sister Mahira. Sister Rehana explained what is Hijab according to the Sunnah and what Quran says about it. Masha Allah, number of participants was around 30. It was an informative and very interactive study circle.
Talking to the guests at the dinner, Dr Abbasi threw light on various welfare projects of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. He briefed the participants about salient features of Minhaj Education City, a mega project of MQI, which is proposed to be built in Pakistan, its aims and objectives and other necessary details. He said that the Education City would prove to be a flagship initiative of MQI, which would set a high benchmark in the field of knowledge and scholarship.
PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has strongly condemned the multiple terror attacks in Paris late Friday. He expressed his condolence to French people & specially loved ones of victims. He said that terrorists are enemies of Humanity. He said that terrorism has no race or religion & should be condemned unconditionally in its every form & manifestation.
