Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri grieved over the death of Syed Anwar Qidwai
PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the passing away of senior journalist Syed Muhammad Anwar Qiswai. He said that in the death of Mr. Qidwai, the world of journalism has been deprived of the services of a truly professional and honest practitioner of the field.
Dr Qadri paid rich tributes to Mr. Qidwai and said that he was an institution for the young journalists and writers. He said that he was a civilized and a dignified man who did not compromise on the sanctity of the pen all his life. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant patience to the bereaved family.
PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Secretary Information Noorullah Siddiqui, Sajid Bhatti, Basharat Jaspal, Fayyaz Warraich and other leaders also condoled the death of the senior journalist with his family members.
