MQI is a sectarianism-free, all-inclusive & reformative organization: Allama Hassan Mir Qadri
Allama Hassan Mir Qadri, Director of the Islamic Centre France and Nazim of MQI Europe, has said that MQI is playing a major role in imparting religious and moral training to the children of Muslim families living overseas. He said that MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri travels throughout the world and addresses conferences to promote the Islamic message of peace, love, and interfaith harmony. He said that the active role of MQI has helped address confusion and misperceptions about Islam with the result that Muslims can interact honorably with their fellow countrymen in their adopted societies and are able to contribute positively to the development of these societies. He said that MQI retains the credit of having been the sectarianism-free, all-inclusive organization in the world.
Allama Hassan Mir Qadri expressed these views while delivering a special lecture at the MQI central secretariat. Principal COSIS Dr Mumtaz-ul-Hassan Barvi, Director Foreign Affairs GM Malik, Jawwad Hamid, Rana Nafees Hussain Qadri, Saeed Raza Baghdadi, Naeem-ud-Din Chaudhry Advocate, Minhaj-ud-Din Qadri, Hafiz Abid Bashir, Allama Latif Madni, Allama Ghulam Rabbani Taimur, and others were present on the occasion.
Allama Hassan Mir Qadri said that the modern means of communication have changed the manner of thinking and social media has given access to people across the world. He said that MQI is using information and communication technologies in positive ways to spread positivity and engage youth, stressing that others should also harness these tools to play a meaningful role in the betterment of society.
