Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri Speaks to the CWC and CEW Meeting

In a joint session of the Central Working Council (CWC) and Central Executive Council (CEC) of Minhaj-ul-Quran, the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, emphasized that Minhaj-ul-Quran is a global movement dedicated to the promotion of religious knowledge and the service of humanity. He stated that it is the responsibility of every individual to gain an understanding of religious knowledge, particularly the sacred life and noble character of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and to incorporate these qualities into their daily lives.

He directed that his recently published books, "Al-Rawd al-Basim min Khuluq Nabi al-Khatim," should now serve as a training curriculum for all members, workers, and associates of Minhaj-ul-Quran. Every individual associated with the movement should read this book to understand the true essence of the Prophet's life and character. Knowing and practicing the noble character of the Prophet (PBUH) is a duty for every Muslim. He also mentioned that his book "Rawdat al-Rihan min Hada’iq al-Zuhd wa al-Tazkiyah wa al-Ihsan" is in its final stages of publication and will also be part of Minhaj-ul-Quran’s training curriculum. He emphasized that religious knowledge that is not applied in one’s actions is of no benefit. He urged everyone to purify their outward and inward selves and align their character and behavior with the noble conduct of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Shaykh-ul-Islam also highlighted that Minhaj-ul-Quran is the only movement in the present time that organizes the largest scholarly and research forums on the planet and is working tirelessly for the promotion and revival of Islamic sciences. He congratulated the Minhaj-ul-Quran leaders, committee heads, and members involved in the successful events of the Global Milad Conference and the book launch ceremonies held in Lahore and Islamabad on September 8th and 10th, 2025, respectively.

The meeting of the Central Executive Council was chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council. He congratulated all the organizers of the upcoming Global Milad Conference, as well as the book launch events on September 8th at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Lahore and September 10th, 2025, at the Pak-China Friendship Center in Islamabad, for their exemplary arrangements.

The meeting was attended by the Nazim-e-Aala Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, as well as Deputy Nazims, heads of departments and forums, and members of the CWC and CEC.
