Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, in his statement on the occasion of the World Arabic Language Day observed on the platform of the United Nations, said that Arabic is the language of knowledge, civilization, and divine revelation. He stated that for centuries, this language has connected humanity to a magnificent legacy of knowledge, wisdom, and intellectual brilliance.

He said that he is proud to announce that under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, the College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences (Jamia Islamia Minhaj-ul-Quran), a leading institution rendering outstanding educational and academic services, is organizing an International Arabic Conference on the occasion of this global day. Distinguished scholars, intellectuals, and Arab shaykhs of Arabic language and literature will participate in the conference. God willing, this conference will prove to be a milestone in the promotion and dissemination of the Arabic language. The conference will be held at Minhaj University Lahore.

Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri further said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has authored numerous books in the Arabic language, which are playing a significant role in the promotion and dissemination of Arabic language and literature. He recently authored the eight-volume Encyclopedia of Sunnah in Arabic, which has received an overwhelming response and wide appreciation in the Arab world as well.

He added that experts in international languages unanimously agree that the Arabic language has strengthened intellectual and scholarly links between ancient and modern civilizations and has made invaluable contributions to the reservoir of human knowledge. He emphasized that Arabic is a living and enduring language, and millions of people around the world preserve their intellectual and cultural identity through the Arabic language.

He concluded by saying that for centuries, Arabic has played a pivotal role in the advancement of Islamic sciences, philosophy, science, literature, and law. The educational institutions of Minhaj-ul-Quran, particularly Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan, are rendering exemplary services in the promotion and development of the Arabic language.
