International Delegation Attending WIEFC 2026 Visits Minhaj-ul-Quran International Secretariat

Lahore: An international delegation visiting Pakistan to attend the 9th World Islamic Economics & Finance Conference (WIEFC 2026) at Minhaj University Lahore paid a visit to the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.

The delegation was accompanied by Muhammad Musa from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Director Foreign Affairs Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shakeel Ahmad Tahir, along with G.M Malik and their team, warmly received the visiting guests at the Secretariat.

During the visit, the delegates were given a detailed briefing on the vision, organisational structure, and global network of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. The briefing highlighted the organisation’s efforts to promote the true, moderate, and peaceful message of Islam through education, research, interfaith dialogue, and social welfare initiatives across various countries.

The delegation also visited the Farid-e-Millat Research Institute, where Prof. Dr. Faiz Ullah Baghdadi briefed them on the institute’s academic activities and its significant scholarly and literary contributions, particularly the works of His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

The visiting delegates expressed appreciation for the intellectual, educational, and peace-building services of Minhaj-ul-Quran International and acknowledged its constructive role at both national and international levels.
