First meeting of women league of WAAG Pakistan Branch

The first meeting of the women league of WAAG, Pakistan branch, was held on 15th August 2010 at the Islamabad office. Secretary General Raazia Naveed, along with members Nusrat Mueen, Shakira, Salma Farooq and Naila Jafri participated in the meeting and exchanged views discussing the best methodology to disseminate the thought of Jamia Al-Azhar in Pakistan. They formulated a plan of action which included arranging women circles of Dars al-Qur’an and Dars al-Hadith along with jurisprudential gatherings to educate sisters living in Pakistan.
