Milad feasts, an annual feature of MQI's programs for the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, continue to take place at the central secretariat. Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri attended one such feast as a special guest. Naat khawan had the honour to recite Naat in the honour of our beloved Prophet (pbuh).
President MQI Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri held a meeting with team Eagers to discuss the much anticipated upcoming "Cartoon/Animation Project”. The meeting was helpful in making a smooth transfer from the brainstorming phase into the planning phase, Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, passed on necessary instructions. The ardent poise and inventive conceptualization of the EAGERS team and Minhaj University 3D Animation team that joined the convention filled the hall with their zealous vigor.
Minhaj Interfaith and Welfare Foundation dispatched relief material including food grains,portable water, ready-to-eat food items, clothes, candles and items of sanitation to flood affected areas of Konkan. The first batch carrying 8 tonnes of relief material reached Chiplun after an arduous journey on July 28.
Muhammad Murshid-ul-Haq, who is working as associate professor in the Islamic sciences department of Chittagong University in Bangladesh, has earned his PhD on the subject of "Exemplary role of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in the promotion of Islamic sciences". Muhammad Murshid-ul-Haq has made a commendable scholarly effort to cover the personality and work of Shaykh-ul-Islam from various angles in the nine chapters of his thesis.
