PAT delegation visits the injured in Peshawar hospital

LAHORE: [29-10-15] A delegation led by the secretary general of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Khurram Nawaz Gandapur Thursday visited the injured in the Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar. The chief of PAT in Khyber Pashtoonkhwa Khalid Durrani accompanied the delegation. The PAT delegation visited the earthquake injured on the special instructions of the chairman of PAT Dr. Tahirul Qadri. Flowers were given to the injured on behalf of Dr. Tahirul Qadri and PAT and the delegation prayed for the quick recovery of the injured.

The PAT secretary general, while speaking on the occasion, said that the quake affected should not feel that they are alone, but the fact is that the entire nation is with them and will support them all the way. He said that the PAT delegation had come with food for 1000 families, medicines, tents and blankets. He said PAT workers will themselves distribute the relief goods among the quake affected families.

He said that this is not the end but just the beginning and PAT will continue to support the quake affected till such time that they go back to their home after building them again. He said the children will be provided free residence, food and education in the Aghosh schools in Lahore. He said the Minaj Welfare Foundation will fulfill all the necessary requirements.
