Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri addresses ‘Rahmatun-lil-Alameen Conference’ in Kotli

Supreme Council Chairman Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri reached Kotli as part of his tour of Azad Kashmir where he held a meeting with the party workers and addressed a religious conference. Upon arrival, Dr Hassan was accorded very warm welcome by the workers and the people of the area. Rana Muhammad Idrees, Ch. Irfan Yousaf and others were also present on the occasion.

Addressing a ‘Rahmatun-lil-Alameen Conference’ in Kotli later in the day, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri threw light on the charter of human rights given by Islam. He said that Islam gave people the awareness of rights of others and how sacred those rights were to the establishment and sustainability of human civilization. He said that we have gone off track when it comes to teachings of Islam and time has come when we not only revive our connection with these teachings but also sensitize the world about them. He said that Europe got the concept of human rights and excellence of morality from the Islamic teachings and the Muslims scholars, academicians and scientists.
