Building of eLearning Program inaugurated

A new building of international Islamic eLearning programme was inaugurated under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. 50 scholars have started giving lessons to over 500 families living in 28 countries of the world. Minhaj eLearning Islamic training program was designed under the vision and direction of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri to provide information regarding Islamic teachings to the children of the people living abroad. Under the said program, education on various aspects of the holy Quran, Hadith and teachings of Islam is being provided in 28 countries by using state of the art technological support system.

Maqsood Noshahi, Director of eLearning program, stated that online education is being imparted and that this programme of transferring religious education remains on 24/7. He said that more than 50 scholars have been engaged to give lessons to the children of the families living in foreign lands. He said that it was 8 years ago that this program was launched on the direction of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri and so far children of 2000 families have been given lessons.

Maqsood Noshahi said that the scope of eLearning program is being extended to Central Asia. He said that there is a huge demand of eLearning courses throughout the world and the effort is being made to meet the demand so that more and more children could be accommodated. He said that MQI is a universal movement of knowledge, peace and research and Islamic Centres, established in more than 100 countries, are promoting peaceful face of Pakistan and Islam.
