Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri expresses grief on the passing of Mian Zahid Islam’s mother

Founding-leader of MQI, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, expressed extreme sorrow and grief on the passing of the mother of vice-president of PAT and Chairman of Value Group, Mian Zahid Islam, and Mian Shahid Islam. In his condolence message, he prayed for the forgiveness and elevation of the ranks of the deceased mother and for patience for all the bereaved.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri said that Mian Zahid Islam is a longtime associate of MQI. He has always actively participated in the service of religion and humanity. He said that the demise of the deceased is a great and irreparable loss for Mian Zahid Islam and his family. “In this time of grief and sorrow for the bereaved family, we share their sorrow equally,” he said.

Chairman Supreme Council Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Brigadier (Retd.) Iqbal Ahmad Khan, Central President of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek Qazi Zahid Hussain, Engineer Muhammad Rafique Najam, Noorullah Saddiqui, Allama Rana Muhammad Idris, Mian Rehan Maqbool, Sardar Omar Daraz, along with other leaders, also expressed their condolences and prayed for the deceased's ranks and patience for the family.

The funeral prayers for the deceased were offered at Lahore Cantonment DHA. The President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri led the funeral prayers.

Expressing sorrow on the passing of Mian Zahid Islam's mother, Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri expressed heartfelt condolences to the grieving family. In the funeral prayers, senior leaders, Khurram Nawaz Gundapur, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Syed Amjad Ali Shah, Haji Manzoor Hussain, Shahzad Rasool, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Mansha Mughal, Shamim Numbardar, Raja Nadeem, Shakeel Tahir, Khurram Shahzad, Abdul Rahman, Tayyab Zia, Haji Muhammad Is'haq, Saqib Bhatti, Shafqat Nadeem, Hafiz Ghulam Fareed, Qari Khalid Hameed Qazmi, Farhan Javaid, Muhammad Abbas Naqshbandi, and others from various fields of life and local residents participated in large numbers. They prayed for the forgiveness, pardon, and elevation of the ranks of the deceased.
