Khatm-e-Qul for the Late Muhammad Shafiq Qureshi, Father of Mohsin Shafiq

A delegation from the Directorate of Foreign Affairs, Minhaj-ul-Quran International, participated in the ceremony under the leadership of Mr. G.M. Malik, Principal Secretary to His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam (Damat Barkatuhum al-Aliya).

The gathering began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, performed by Qari Syed Khalid Hamid Kazmi. This was followed by Naat recitations in praise of the Holy Prophet ﷺ by Mr. Shakeel Ahmad Tahir (Director, Directorate of Foreign Affairs) and Hafiz Khurram Shehzad (Deputy Director, Directorate of Foreign Affairs).

In this spiritual assembly, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees Qadri, Central Director of Dawah, Minhaj-ul-Quran International, delivered a deeply insightful and heart-touching address on the topic of “The Greatness and Rights of Parents.” He emphasized that parents are a manifestation of Allah Almighty’s mercy, and serving them is the key to success in both this world and the Hereafter.

A large number of Minhaj-ul-Quran members, affiliates, local residents, and relatives of the deceased attended the Qul ceremony. The gathering concluded with a collective prayer for the Eisāl-e-Thawāb and elevation of ranks of the late Muhammad Shafiq Qureshi in the hereafter.
