Prof Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri meets UN Resident Coordinator, discusses peace education, SDGs and interfaith dialogue with him

Meeting with His Excellency Muhammad Yahya, Resident Coordinator (Chief of United Nations Pakistan) of the United Nations to Pakistan, warmly welcomed the delegation of Minhaj University under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors and Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair on Peace Education and Intercultural Dialogue.
Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri briefed him about the work of the university in peace education and intercultural dialogue. He congratulated Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri for achieving the UNESCO Chair on Peace Education and Intercultural Dialogue.
The Deputy Chairman presented his scholarly work on peace and the SDG Report of 2025, which was highly appreciated by the Chief of the United Nations Pakistan. He promised to continue support to Minhaj University Lahore.
Dr. Sajid Mehmood Shahzad (Vice Chancellor), Dr. Khurram Shahzad (Registrar), Dr. Yasir Khan (Head, School of Political Science), and Mr. Sohail Raza (Director, Interfaith Relations) introduced the Global Center on Migration Development, Maritime Center, and Center for Economics, which the Resident Coordinator highly appreciated.
