With this very concept, the management of Minhaj-ul-Quran Dallas, Texas, organized a beautiful gathering with an impressive turnout to commemorate the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at its decorated Uways al-Qarani auditorium on January 8th, 2016. Alhamdulillah, the hall was full beyond its capacity. The proceedings of the program began with the greetings expressed to the audience by the Master of Ceremony, Brother Iqbal Hasan, who first invited the Imam of Jame’ Hasan al-Basri, Noori Saheb, to the stage.
On the 8th of January 2016, a delegation of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Denmark consisting of Mr. Qaisar Najeeb, Spokesperson of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in Scandinavia, Mr. Hassan Bostan, President, Minhaj Youth League Denmark, met the Ambassador of France in Denmark, Mr. François Zimeray at the Embassy of France in Denmark.
The New Delhi World Book Fair, held in Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, is India's oldest book fair. Minhaj Publications also attended the 24th Delhi World Book Fair 2016. The stall featured selected books by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in English, Urdu and Arabic languages along with CDs and DVDs of his speeches and talks. Lecturers, professors, poets, academicians and students of India visited the stall in large number and liked the books and CDs of Shaykh-ul-Islam.

The Pakistani business community hosted a dinner in the honour of Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International during his visit of South Korea. A large number of members of the community attended the dinner. They welcomed Dr Hussain on his visit to South Korea and said that interaction with him on a broad range of matters was quite informative.
In his keynote address to the participants of the National Students Conference, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the rulers are hindering the administration of justice in the Model Town case, asking whether they want the repeat of the Islamabad episode. He said that he always taught the students to be peaceful. Otherwise those who perpetrated the Model Town tragedy would have been held accountable by now.
A Mawlid-un-Nabi (SAW) ceremony was organized under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (South Korea chapter). MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri was the guest of honour on the occasion. Muhammad Jameel Qadri, head of Minhaj Asian Council, Ali Imran Qadri, president of Minhaj Asian Council and a large number of people of the expatriate community attended the spiritual gathering.

Addressing the ‘Peace Gala’ ceremony, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that ISIS, the biggest terrorist organization of the world, is establishing its network in Pakistan in order to frustrate Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He said that Model Town tragedy was a terrorist act on the pattern of one perpetrated by Daesh. He said that in addition to the armed forces, it is every citizen’s responsibility to fight against terrorism. He said that the women have much more significant and responsible role in eliminating terrorism and extremism and promoting peace and knowledge.

Annual Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) Conference was organized by Minhaj ul Quran International on Dec 27, 2015 at Minhaj-ul-Quran Noorislamic center Connecticut. The ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Qari Zaheer Ahmad Qadri and Hafiz Numaan Sarwar. After recitation, beautiful Naats were presented by Muhammad Arshid, Muhammad Aden, Muhammad Yonus Siyaal and Allama Saeed ul Hassan.
Convocation 2015 - Jamia Islamia Minhaj-ul-Quran
The fifth Convocation of Jamia Islamia Minhaj-ul-Quran was held at the Aiwan-e-Iqbal in Lahore on December 27, 2015. Shaykh-ul-Jamia Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri presided over the ceremony. 360 students were awarded degrees in the Convocation. Addressing the participants of the Convocation, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that character and knowledge are our identity. He said that teaching is neither a profession nor a business.
Annual gathering of Mawlid-un-Nabi (Peace and Blessings be upon him) was organized by Minhaj Sister League & Minhaj Women League on 27th of December at La Courneuve (France). Minhaj center was sublimely decorated with model of the ‘Gumbad-e-Khizra’ and lightings in order to create spiritual environment on this beautiful day of Mawlid-un-Nabi (Peace and Blessings be upon him).The spiritual festival begun by the recitation of the Holy Quran by Sister Zahida Hamid-Ullah. Mrs. Arooj Haroon & Mrs. Nazia Adnan were the stage secretaries.
