Muslim Youth League UK (MYL), an active UK based Islamic youth organisation, has declared an ideological war against ISIS and other terrorist groups. Issuing a 7-point declaration on the 27th of March, at an event in Glasgow, they claimed the terrorist groups have 'no link with Islam or the Muslim community'. The Youth League represents young Muslims from around the UK and works actively to promote unity and tolerance. It hopes to embolden other Muslim organisations to issue similar declarations that unequivocally condemn extremism.

There is no career counseling or human development programme for the 67 per cent of the youth of the country and if the government says it is doing something than that is a blatant lie. This was stated by the Chairman Supreme Council Tehreek-e-Minajul Quran Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din while addressing the All Parties Youth Peace Conference organized by the Youth Wing of the Pakistan Awami Thereek here on Friday.
The Muslim Youth League UK Sisters Operational Executive team toured the country in a bid to meet 14 Area Executives and teams across the UK. It was a whirlwind of a tour and the only thing missing was the tour bus however there is hope that the next time we do this there will be a bus with all the amenities and a bright pink logo letting other motorway users know that we too can travel in style. But in the meantime we settled for different modes of transport which included the train, an Audi and a Volkswagen Gulf.
At last the President of the event Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri addressed the gathering on the life and contributions of Mujaddid Alf Saani. He elaborated on the meaning of Mujaddid (revivalist) and put a glance on his personality and ideology. He said that if we want to see the Mujaddid Alf Sani of this era, we can see Shayk- ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri who is working hard to revive Islam in contemporary age.

In his address, Sheikh Rashid Ahmad, head of Awami Muslim League, said that had there been anything called national character, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri and Imran Khan would have been in power today. He said that the next turn in power is that of the political leader who has extended his all-out support to MQM chief Altaf Hussain followed by the last stint of Nawaz Sharif in power.

Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of MQI Supreme Council, has said that the children and families of martyrs proved by rejecting the offers of millions of rupees by the government that there is no price tag on the blood of martyrs. He said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri gave his workers the education of peace only, adding that no fear or greed can move us away from the struggle of changing the oppressive and corrupt system.
In the wake of PAT chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri’s decision to activate overseas chapters of PAT, a prestigious ceremony of oath-taking was held under the banner of PAT (Spain) in Barcelona on March 14. Addressing the ceremony, Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi said that the ruling elite have broken all past records of corruption and malpractices. He said that the country is being pushed into blind alley with no light at the end of tunnel. He said that the so-called ministers and advisers are busy in illegal practices and justice has become non-existent in the country.
The programme began in the usual manner with recitation of the Holy Quran, which was done by Iqra Noor, who beautifully recited Surah Kawthar. The first Naat Sharif was recited by Komal Liaquat who read “Aaqa tere jiya koi Nahi”. This was followed by a group Naat Sharif which was recited by Aleena Ahmed, Sabrina and Sammar Basharat. They recited an English Nasheed called “Muhammad is my hero”. Tooba Bilal also recited praises on the Holy Prophet (SAW), she read “Ya Rasoolallah Pukaro”. Maheen Anjum and Laiba Hussain then praised the Holy Prophet (SAW) in the form of a Naat Sharif.

Religious scholars laud Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri for his anti-terror Fatwa
PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has said that the Punjab government has started a negative campaign to get the judicial commission on Model Town killings declared as illegal. He said that if the commission is declared as illegal, then action should be taken against those who requested its formation and those who approved it. He said that the Punjab government is the promoter of terrorists, adding that we do not accept the Joint Investigation Team consisting of all yes-men.
PCC David Jamieson visited Minhaj Pleck Youth Club in Walsall on 9th March 2015. Minhaj Pleck Youth club engages young people in sports, educational and recreational activities. The young people have been able to develop their leadership skills in few months. Qasim Siddqiue and Nouman Sharif presented the report on sports and educational activities the young people succeeded to deliver. David Jamieson appreciated the presentations by young people and urged them to continue with the wonderful work they are doing.
One of the organisers, Adnan Sohail from Minaj Ul Quran mosque, told the BBC: "Today we have told the men to pray in another room and converted the worship hall for ladies to come and attend the workshop." He said the mosque can "play a vital role" in tackling domestic violence. The workshop gave the women a chance to talk freely, ask questions, and gather information about a topic that's usually considered very taboo in the South Asian communities.
In line with the vision of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, MWF, a global charity network, has been engaged in welfare activities. Its operations are not confined to Pakistan. Rather MWF has worked in various parts of the world including Iran, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Recently, a free medical camp was organized by MQI (Kolkata, India) in Muhammad Jan Higher Secondary School on March 08, 2015. A team of doctors checked 1568 patients on the occasion. In addition to free check-up, the patients were given free medicines.
