Inauguration ceremony of Fatwa of Shyakh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, a comprehensive book of 600 pages, was held in the Holiday Inn Hotel in Islamabad under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International and Minhaj Ulama Council.
