The inaugural ceremony of Minhaj Learning and Research Centre was held in New Delhi on 26 September. The opening ceremony of the centre having 7 training rooms and a library was arranged in the presence of MQII Central executive members, Central Working council members, MQI publications team and MQII representatives from Maharashtra, Punjab, Gujarat, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Karnataka, J&K, Uttarakhand, etc.

The launching ceremony of audiobook of "Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ Ka Paikar-e-Jamal" authored by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will be held today at the Central Secretariat. Various religious scholars, intellectuals, journalists including Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Orya Maqbool Jan, Sohail Warraich, Syed Bilal Qutab, Dr Syed Hamid Farooq Bukhari, Dr Saeed Ahmad Saeedi, Allama Badruzzaman Qadri will attend the ceremony.
The launching ceremony of audiobook titled "Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ ka Paikar e Jamal" authored by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was held here at the central secretariat of MQI. Addressing the ceremony, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that MQI has always preferred to use modern means of communication for the promotion of Islamic message of peace, love and brotherhood. He said that the launch of audiobook is an effort in this regard. He said that it is our mission to convey the teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to every household.

Addressing Central Punjab Workers Convention, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman MQI Supreme Council, has said that Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) is a proponent of unity among Muslims. He said that sectarianism damaged the peaceful image of Islam and Pakistan. He said that MQI has set up exemplary institutions in order to impart moral and spiritual training and education and build a peaceful and harmonious society.
Workers Convention was held at the central secretariat under the banner of MQI Lahore chapter. Naib Nazim-e-Aala Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees, while speaking on the occasion, said that sectarianism has damaged Muslims around the world. He said that MQI is a strong voice for the unity in the ranks of Ummah that is working to persuade people to take recourse to the Holy Quran. He said that MQI is particularly focusing on the youth to urge them to get themselves connected to their religious roots.
A meeting of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan was held here at the central secretariat with Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, patron and Chairman Supreme Council, in the chair. He directed for the extension of complete cooperation to the religious seminaries that have registered with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan. He appreciated the office-holders of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan for the preparation of syllabi, printing, and transmission in the shortest possible time.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the faith cannot be protected simply through rhetoric, speeches, and performance of mere rites. He said that it is important to have sincerity of intention and the purification of heart for this purpose. Shaykh-ul-Islam made these remarks while talking to the workers in connection with the Fahm-e-Deen project. He said that it was because of these attributes that Sufis were the center of the attention of the people.
In a statement on the 782nd 'Urs' of renowned Sufi Saint of the Indian sub-continent Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya Multani, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that the Sufis would always educate and teach people to treat their fellow human beings with love, compassion, and affection. They would share the sufferings and hardships of the people for the pleasure of Allah. They would address the worries and problems of Allah's creations.
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the MQI Supreme Council, has directed that the scope of the Fahm-e-Deen project should be extended to overseas chapters. He said that all social media tools should be put to best use to teach, learn and promote Islamic teachings. He said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has authored more than a thousand books on varied topics and stated that it is our responsibility to transfer this scholarly treasure to others.
Central Nazim e Alaa of Nizam ul Madaris Allama Mir Asif Akbar called on Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, Governor of Punjab, in Governor House and appreciated the government for making excellent security arrangements in the holy month of Muharram and maintaining an environment of interfaith harmony and peace.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the death of Asghar Ali, the younger brother of Muhammad Afzal Saeedi, former president of MQI Executive Council UK and uncle of Muhammad Tayyab (Assistant Director Directorate of Foreign Affairs). In his condolence message, he prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul and give Sabr to the bereaved family to bear this massive loss.
