Portugal: Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri arrived at Lisbon International Airport

Lisbon (Portugal): Chairman Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri, received a warm and enthusiastic welcome upon his arrival in Portugal to participate in the Seerah Conference on the Life of the Prophet ﷺ.

On his arrival at Lisbon Airport, the leadership and members of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Portugal accorded him a grand reception marked by devotion, excitement, and heartfelt admiration.

Among those present to receive him were Patron Minhaj-ul-Quran Portugal Muhammad Sagheer, President Minhaj-ul-Quran Portugal Kashif Nazir, Vice President Azhar Awan, Finance Secretary Muhammad Rizwan, Media and Publicity Secretary Babar Mughal, Patron Da‘wah Committee Hafiz Shafqat, Secretary Information and Head Da‘wah Committee Ghaznfar Nazir, along with Qari Amjad, Hafiz Ghulam Dastgir, Ali Sagheer, Mirza Zahid, Muhammad Sufyan, Qasim Nazir, Muhammad Faheem-ur-Rehman, and workers. The participants warmly welcomed the Chairman Supreme Council, showered petals, and expressed their deep love and respect.

It is noteworthy that the purpose of Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri’s visit to Portugal is to participate in the “Seerah-un-Nabi ﷺ and World Peace Conference,” scheduled to be held on Sunday, 29 March, after Asr prayers at the Islamic Center of Lisbon.

The grand conference will also be attended by His Eminence Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri as the Chief Guest, where he will deliver a keynote address. This significant conference is expected to play a vital role in highlighting the message of global peace, interfaith harmony, and the promotion of humanity in the light of the blessed Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is anticipated to serve as a meaningful and memorable step toward strengthening mutual tolerance and brotherhood.
