Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will visit India in the month of February 2019. During his stay from 8th of Feb to 20th February 2019, he will address various gatherings in Lucknow, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Kanpur. He will also visit the shrine of Khwaja Ghareeb Nawaz (R.A) to pay his respects and offer Fateha.
PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has welcomed the establishment of a new JIT to probe the Model Town tragedy afresh. He said that our legal struggle of last four and a half years finally bore fruit and the first step was taken towards justice. Irfan-ul-Hidayah, a grand project of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, is aimed at promoting Quranic teachings and culture in society through easy and scientific ways. This year during winter vacations, Al-Hidayah Quran Learning Course was launched for the students & the Quran scholars. The main purpose of initiating this camp was to produce educated Quran scholars for the society.

A Christmas cake was cut under the School of Religions and Philosophy of the Minhaj University Lahore and felicitations were conveyed to the Christian brothers and sisters. Addressing the ceremony, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Deputy Chairman of BoG, said that one cannot understand the religious beliefs of each other merely by reading books. He said that Minhaj University set up School of Religions and Philosophy to build bridges and provide an academic basis of multi-faith studies, stating that it is unique distinction of the MUL only.
A seminar on Peace Education Programme was held in Wuppertal at the MQI Wuppertal on the topic of counter-terrorism, peace and integration. The seminar was organized by Minhaj Youth League and Sisters League Wuppertal, Ennepetal and Berlin.
Irfan-ul-Hidayah: The Qur'an learning course
A wonderful poetry gathering was held under the banner of Mustafavi Students Movement (MSM) at the central secretariat. Renowned poet Prof Nasir Bashir was the guest of honour, whereas PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur presided over the programme. The distinguished poets read out their poetry on the occasion. Imran Akhtar and Usma Jameshed conducted the proceedings of the gathering.
President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that with the implementation of first 40 Articles of the Constitution, the dream of making Pakistan a Madina state can become a reality. He said that the Constitution as well as the manifestos of the political parties contain the promises of public welfare, stating that what, however, is not present in them is the implementation mechanism.

MQI Lahore arranged a medical camp in PP 149 area where the team of qualified doctors checked hundreds of patients, conducted their medical tests and based on their diagnosis, prescribed them medicines. Talking on the occasion, Engineer Sanaullah Khan said that MQI Lahore started the mobile medical camp under the instructions of Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
A meeting of Youth Assembly was held in Bahwalpur on December 16 under the banner of MYL as part of its youth empowerment initiative. MYL central president Mazhar Mahmood Alvi was the chief guest. Waseem Chishti, Rashid Qadri, and Hafiz Umar performed the role of Speaker, Deputy Speaker and the Secretary Assembly.
