500 women comprising ‘Women Parliament’, the first of its kind, took the oath of office under the banner of Minhaj Women League in a ceremony held at the central secretariat yesterday. The women office holders belonging to all the four provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and abroad took oath. Ms. Farah Naz and Ms. Afnan Babar were nominated as the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Women Parliament respectively.
A relationship of mutual trust and respect between the organization and workers is a must to ensure 100% achievement of the objectives in the pursuit of the larger goals. It is easy to have a relationship with one’s Creator but very difficult to fulfill all the demands of a relationship with fellow human beings.
On the 15th of April 2018, an organizational workshop was conducted by Minhaj-ul-Quran International Denmark (MQI DK) for Presidents, General Secretaries and Finance Secretaries of all forums under the banner of MQI DK. The focus of the workshop was on how to improve and optimize the services provided by MQI DK at the MQI DK Centers in Denmark, but it also included training sessions for the executives explaining to them their duties, roles and responsibilities within the organizational structure of MQI DK.
Addressing a ‘Miraj-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference’ held at the central secretariat, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, the Chairman of MQI Supreme Council, said that the throwing of stones on the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had grieved him. Comforting His Beloved (peace and blessings be upon him), Allah Almighty showered His countless blessings on the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and endowed a new privilege and honour on the status of the prophethood.
Addressing the five-day training session on its fourth day held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council, has said that the MQI is a global movement working for revival of Islam and the promotion of peace, dialogue and interfaith harmony in the world. He said that this movement is playing its role in fostering religious, social, and familial values and matters in line with the Islamic teachings.

Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League organized an organizational training camp for Tanzimaat. District bodies of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL) from all over the Pakistan participated in the camp. The third day started with recitation of verses from The Holy Qura’n followed by a beautiful Nasheed and Durood-o-Salam.
President Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, was the keynote speaker and trainer of the session. He, in his lecture, talked about comparison between the basics of learning before Islam and after Islam. He said that in the Greek mythology, it is believed that no teacher or book can teach ethics and courtesy. The Greeks constructed their values on necessity and emotions.

The Heavenly Ascension (Mi’raj) of the Holy Prophet ﷺ was a declaration of the end of darkness and ignorance in the world. The Laylat al-Mi’raj conferred enlightenment and awareness on the world, something the humanity was not exposed to before. The Holy Prophet ﷺ, through his exalted journey, showed the humanity the excellence of knowledge and how crucial its learning was to unmask the truths of nature.

Journey of Miraj broke new grounds of knowledge: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

During his visit to Gujrat in April 2018, Supreme Council Chairman Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri addressed a workers’ convention. He said that the elite is responsible for sustaining the corrupt system in the country. He said that for country to make progress and deliver efficient services to the citizens, it is important that the exploitative system is sent packing. He said that if Articles 62 & 63 were not complied with at the time of scrutiny of the candidates, it will have grave consequences for the future of the country.
Addressing a ‘Rahmatun-lil-Alameen Conference’ in Kotli later in the day, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri threw light on the charter of human rights given by Islam. He said that Islam gave people the awareness of rights of others and how sacred those rights were to the establishment and sustainability of human civilization.
In his address at the convention, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri threw light on the importance of knowledge in the light of the teachings of the Quran and Sunna. He said that as long as the Muslims remained associated with acquisition of knowledge and research, they remained ascendant politically and economically but when they deviated from the path of knowledge, they have become subservient to others.
