The central leaders of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League undertook visits to various cities of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from August 16 to August 21. The MWL leaders namely Mrs. Farah Naz, Anam Riaz, and Saadia Hafeez visited Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujar Khan, Kamra, Attock, Wah Cantt., Taxila, Pindi Gheb, Hazro, Hassan Abdal, Fateh Jang, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Havelian, Haripur, Nowshera and Peshawar.
PAT France chapter organized a workers convention in the suburbs of Paris. PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was the keynote speaker on the occasion. The proceedings of the convention got underway with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Qari Saddique. A large number of central leaders and workers were in attendance. Muhammad Naeem Chaudhry, Secretary General of PAT France chapter, in his welcome address, welcomed the PAT Chairman and thanked him for taking time out to attend the Convention.
Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) has introduced a new App for Android system on August 18, which contains hundreds of books of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in Urdu, English and Arabic. This App is available for a free download in the Google Play Store under the title of ‘Islamic Library by MQI’.

alhamdulillah MMCC Islamic Summer School came to an end on 16th of Aug 2015 under the umbrella of Minhaj-ul-Quran Canada. The graduation ceremony was attended by people belonging to different walks of life including the parliamentarians. All students and their parents attended this special event, which started with the beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran by student Rehma and Qaria Sana Shafiq.
By the Grace of Allah Almighty and through the blessings of the Holy Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him) Minhaj Women League (Stepps) held its monthly Halqa-e-Durood in Bishopbriggs on the 13th August 2015. The programme started with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran by sister Nusrat, followed by recitation of Nasheeds in the blessed court of the Holy Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him) by sisters Noshela Ali and Ghuzala Munir.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah and the blessings of His Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), Minhaj-ul-Quran International London held the Monthly Giyarveen Shareef Mehfil on 9 August 2015, commemorating the life of Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Gillani al-Baghdadi (RA). The proceedings of the programme began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Hafiz Muhammad Amir followed by salutations upon the Prophet (SAW) by renowned Naat Khawan Muhammad Ismail.
In his exclusive chat to the participants of the meeting, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri mentioned the services and contributions of the MQI in eradication of terrorism and tackling of extremism. He also introduced the Islamic Curriculum on Peace and Counter-Terrorism, saying that the course has been designed in three languages, which would go a long way in de-radicalizing the youth.
On the special instructions of the PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF), Friday, dispatched the first caravan of truckloads of relief goods to the flood-hit areas of the country. The relief goods consisting of food items and medicines have been sent to 25 union councils of Rajanpur, DG Khan and Muzaffargarh.
Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, who is on organizational tour of Europe, gave his keynote talk to the participants of the Convention. He threw light on the Islamic Curriculum on Peace and Counter-Terrorism in great detail. He said that terrorism is not merely the problem of the Muslim world but of the whole humanity. He said that the terrorists have brought the fair name of Islam into disrepute to get political power and economic gains.
The purpose of reorganizing is to inject fresh dynamism and new ideas to promote the vision of the founding chairman of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, which aims to create a culture of education amongst the community, working to establish interfaith relations as well as stressing the true principles of Islam in letter and spirit. Meeting started with Dr Khalid (President Minhaj-ul-Quran Glasgow) sharing last few years of success within the Glasgow branch, highlighting various success stories of its members.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri awarded degrees among the male and female students of M. Phil, PhD and M.Sc. and congratulated them on their marvelous achievement. He said that by founding Ali Garh University, Sir Sayyid Ahmad Khan produced a generation of highly educated people. He said that these people played a principal role in awakening the slumbering Muslims of the sub-continent, adding that these were the very people who transformed the landscape of the Indian sub-continent by filling in the intellectual void and ended up translating the idea of Pakistan into reality.

Islamic curriculum on peace & counter-terrorism launched in Pakistan
Addressing a ceremony held on July 29 in Islamabad to launch peace curriculum on peace and counter-terrorism consisting of 25 books, PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that terrorism is not only the biggest threat to the Muslim world but also to the whole humanity. He said that the terrorists defamed Islam for their financial interests and acquisition of power. He said that the terrorists are given funds of billions of rupees to spread mayhem and chaos, adding that the funds trails continue to remain hot even today, which is unfortunate.
Peace curriculum to be launched on July 29 in Islamabad
On 26th July 2015, a Peace Seminar was arranged by Minhaj-ul-Quran International Manchester. The Seminar was held as a first initiative of this type in this area and to raise awareness of the recent initiative of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in launching the most comprehensive Peace and Counter-Terrorism Curriculum and supporting course materials and books.
On the 24th of July 2015, Minhaj-ul-Quran held parents’ evening providing teachers with an opportunity to talk to them about the progress of their children in Quran studies. Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League of Alum Rock Birmingham decided to combine this with a fund raising day so that children could enjoy themselves with food stalls as well as a bouncy castle. All participants enjoyed the event fully.
