Karachi: Hifz ul Quran Certificate Distribution Ceremony
On April 13, 2014 Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (Spain) organized a one-day Mother’s Training workshop. The main objective of this workshop was to make the women educated about their duties as Muslim mothers and to train them accordingly to enable them to handle the problems of their children they may experience in their schools and to make them a confident and good Muslim.

Both leaders exchanged matters of mutual interest. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri told the delegation about the multiple services of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in the fields of education, human welfare, interfaith harmony, and peace in the world. Both leaders agreed to enhance cooperation in the educational field and cultural exchange with a view to promoting soft image of Islam. Dr Hassan gifted the members of the delegation with a set of books of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.
Minhaj ul Quran International takes part in book exhibition at Pulwama
By the Grace of Almighty Allah, Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (London) held a Community and Cultural Funday on 6th April 2014. The programme started at 12:30 pm and continued till 5pm in Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre London. The day consisted of various activities to show that Islam allows entertainment.
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of Supreme Council and Minhajians, has inaugurated a new website of graduates of Minhaj University Lahore and College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences (COSIS) by the name of www.Minhajians.org in a ceremony held at the central secretariat on March 30. He congratulated the team of Minhaj Internet Bureau on designing the Minhajians’ website in accordance with international standards.
Aylesbury had its first Mawlid-un-Nabi celebrations organised by Mrs Sakina Ali. The programme was held under the banner of Minhaj Women’s League in Aylesbury on Saturday 5th April 2014.
Sufi teachings a clarion call to action: Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri speaks at a moot under Bazm-e-Qadriya
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, has said that we have altogether put the teachings of the Sufis at the backburner and it explains why we have been getting astray from the right path. He said that the teachings of the Sufis could save us from degradation, misguidance and decay, adding that these were the very Sufi teachings that guided Muslims in every age and provided strength to them through difficult times. He said that the Sufis were paragon of virtue, and represented submission to the will of their Lord by setting a benchmark of dedication, patience, gratitude, resignation and service of the people.
Addressing the participants of the rally at traffic square, PAT central President Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz said that revolutionary steps were needed to get rid of scourge of terrorism. He said that those elected to provide leadership at this critical juncture did not have the vision and ability to steer the country of myriad problems in which it was stuck up. He said that everyone knows as to who was responsible for lawlessness but still nothing was being done to stem the tide. He said that efforts for peace making failed with the result that bomb blasts and incidents of terrorism continued to occur adding to human toll.

A multi-religious forum held a meeting aiming at social integration through inter-faith harmony and inter-religions dialogue. The meeting was supervised by the representatives of local government. Several religious communities such as Roman Catholic Church, Buddhist, Protestants, Muslims, Bangladeshi, Turk, Austrian and many others were present in the meeting.
The monthly gathering of ‘Gyarveen Sharif’ was held on March 30. The proceedings of the gathering were conducted by Sister Noshina Hassan. The programme commenced with recitation of the Holy Quran by Sister Sana whereas Qaseeda Burda Shareef was recited by Sister Shagufta. Naats and Nasheeds were offered by other sisters.
Lahore: Azm e Inqilab Convention
A Muslim organisation in Forest Gate held a meeting on female empowerment at its education centre in Romford Road. The meeting of Minhaj-ul-Quran was led by the president of its UK women league, Sister Fatima Mash’hadi, on February 23, ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8. They discussed how the league can build strong Muslim women and play an important role in the community. Sister Mash’hadi spoke about how Minhaj-ul-Quran’s leader, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, established the organisation’s women league 26 years ago to empower women with an independent platform to work for the promotion of women’s rights in Islam.
President Minhaj-ul-Quran International Women League (UK) Mrs. Fatima Mash'hadi held a regional organizational meeting with MWL North Zone. This meeting was held on 9th of March 2014 in Bradford.
Minhaj Internet Bureau launched a new website namely www.minhaj.net consisting of a bunch of over 60 websites of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. The inaugural ceremony was attended by Rana Fayyaz Ahmad, Abdul Sattar Minhajian, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Sajid Mahmood Bhatti, Jawad Hamid, Muhammad Sanaullah and other members of the staff.
Expressing his views in the meeting, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri welcomed the establishment of Federal Minhajians Forum. He said that he was immensely pleased to see graduates of Minhaj University rendering their services in various walks of life. He said that the influence of good company a student had during his formative phase stayed with him throughout his life. He said that Minhajians would be front runners during the revolutionary phase of MQI as its time came. He said that Minhaj University had a respectable and distinguished name in the private sector universities of the country.
The Chairman of MQI Supreme Council said that history bore witness to the fact that any force that played a dynamic role during the freedom struggle was that of Mashaykh who led from the front with utmost dedication, commitment and passion to help Pakistan Movement reach its logical culmination. He said that any force that can reinvigorate the movement for the country’s reconstruction, survival and solidarity was to propagate the teachings of the Sufis. He said that we invited the people belonging to all walks of life to take part in it and play their role for the multi-faceted struggle launched by Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for revolution.
