On 19th July 2012, Parents’ evening was held at Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Manchester). Around 150 people, including parents of young students (aged between 7 and 16) attended the programme to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements in gaining the valuable learning.

The registration process of the participants of the upcoming Itikaf 2012 got underway well before the advent of holy month of Ramadan. Itikaf is an annual mega event of Minhaj-ul-Quran International in which thousands of participants from across Pakistan take part and spend their ten days in complete seclusion in remembrance of their Lord.

On May 2012, Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Nelson organized a Halqah Darood Ceremony to reward the efforts and commitment of those who organized various Halqah Darood gatherings throughout Nelson, Brierfield, Burnley and Blackburn. Approximately 250 women attended the gathering at Minhaj-ul-Quran Educational Centre, Cross St Nelson.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Youth League (Faisalabad) arranged an annual course on Irfan-ul-Quran and English language in Informatics College, Batala Colony, Faisalabad on June 20, 2012.
MQI Birmingham organized an overnight programme on July 4 in connection with Shab-e-Barat. The programme began from Maghrib and concluded at Fajr Prayer. Allama Ashfaq Alam Qadri (Director MQI Birmingham) performed the responsibilities of stage secretary.
