People’s parliament will announce decision on Jan 14th: Qadri
KARACHI: Religious scholar and Minhaj-ul-Quran International chief, Dr Tahirul Qadri has claimed that the people’s parliament will announce its decision on January 14th, SAMAA reports on Tuesday.
Addressing a massive public gathering at Jinnah Ground Azizabad after visiting MQM headquarters ‘90’, Qadri said that journey of ‘practical revolution’ began today.
Qadri said that there is going to be a new ‘Tehreer Square’ in Islamabad on Jan 14th.
‘Our agenda is to eliminate feudal system and corruption in the country’, he said his mission is welfare of the people and he has no hidden agenda.
Qadri said that he wants democracy in its true sense.
'We want to see neutral, powerful and sincere care-taker set-up', he said.
He said that 60% of the people are educated and sincere people and they do not cast vote.
Qadri rejected the current political system saying his agenda is to eliminate exploiting system.
He strongly criticized the government's role saying it was completely failed in maintaining peace in Karachi and Balochistan.
He raised question 'When will there be peace in Sindh, Balochistan, KP and Punjab'?
Dr Qadri said that this is not democracy but an exploiting political system and we reject it.
In his telephonic address from London on the occasion‚ MQM Chief Altaf Hussain said his party has joined hands with Tehrik Minhajul Quran for the restoration of true democracy and eradication of corruption in the country. SAMAA
