Protective masks, sanitizers, and ration packages were distributed among thousands of needy people under the banner of MWF and MQI Narowal. Shahid Zaman Lak, Deputy Commissioner Narowal, appreciated the initiative of MQI and stated that all welfare organizations should step forward with the sole mission to help those in acute need. He said the government alone cannot cope up with the magnitude of the challenge and needs the support of the civil society organizations to play their active role in community mobilization.

Minhaj ul Quran International Spain (Spain) with the active participation of MYL Spain has launched a project to help people facing acute difficulties on account of shutdown amid Covid-19. In the first phase, 150 families from Barcelona were provided with minimum subsistence. Each pack consists of the stuff that is sufficient for an average family of five members for twenty days. The foodstuff consists of milk, rice, oil, legumes, tea, sugar, salt, lentils, and flour.

He said humanity is in great distress at the moment, adding that hoarders should not bring destruction on themselves by hoarding stuff. He said coronavirus has two aspects: medical and spiritual.

This year in a grace-full ceremony of Collective Marriages wedded 23 couples inclusive one Christian Couple on March 15th.
