By the Grace of the Almighty Allah (SWT) and His Beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Minhaj-ul-Quran (The Hague, Netherlands) celebrated the birth anniversary of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The program took place on Sunday 11th of December on 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal. Approximately more than 300 people including children, ladies and gents attended this Milad Conference.
The Grand Mawlid-un-Nabi was celebrated with religious fervor and zeal at Minhaj-ul-Quran Community Center in the presence of several Shayukh and scholars of the Dallas Fort Worth Area and with the eminent guest naat reciter, Syed Sabeehuddin Rahmani from Pakistan. An impressive attendance was observed at the program. Extra spacing was created in the prayer halls to watch the program live from the terminals.
Preparations for International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference in top gear
On the 4th of December 2016, by the Grace of Almighty Allah and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), for the first time in France’s history, a Mawlid-un-Nabi (peace and blessings be upon him) gathering was organized under the aegis of Minhaj Sister League at Minhaj-ul-Quran, La Courneuve. This event was sponsored by Minhaj Welfare France and it was held under the leadership and supervision of Sister Rehana Altaf, President Minhaj Sister League and her entire team.

The advent of Rabi-ul-Awwal marks the the holy month of respect, celebration and festivity. With every faithful taking part in the month’s long activities for spiritual blessings, the broad message highlighted by the month is peace, harmony, love, and tranquility. It is a month in which our personal happiness pales in comparison to happiness emanating from celebrations marking the grand event of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) birth that changed the course of history.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has greeted the Muslims around the globe on the advent of the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal. In his message on the occasion, he said that the onset of the blessed month brings with it a message of peace, happiness and tranquility. He said that our individual happiness was no match to the collective happiness symbolized by the holy month.
A prestigious ceremony of awarding certificates of Hifz-ul-Quran among 201 male and 43 female children was held at the central secretariat under the banner of Minhaj Institute of Qira’at & Tehfeez-ul-Quran. Addressing the ceremony, Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the act of learning and teaching the Quranic sciences is the best of the acts. He said that the best way to preserve the Holy Quran is to learn it by heart.

By the grace of Allah Almighty, Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Hyderabad, India) has inaugurated Minhaj-ul-Quran Library and Research Institute for Islamic Studies on the 13th November 2016 in Tolichowkie area of Hyderabad. The inaugural ceremony was presided by Syed Azam Ali Sufi Sahab. The program was attended by other prominent personalities like, Prof Mustafa Shareef Sahab, Syed Naad-e-Ali Sahab, Maulana Habeeb Ahmed Al-Hussaini Sahab, Syed Hasnain Pasha, Janab Hayatullah Qadri Sahab, and others.

He was given a red carpet welcome upon his arrival at Copenhagen airport on the 2nd of November 2016. The reception delegation included Hafiz Sajad , President MQI Denmark and Secretary General MQI Denmark, Qaisar Najeeb.
