Annual Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) Conference was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Educational and Cultural Center New Jersey on Jan 3, 2015 at Marriot hotel. The ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Qari M Yonus Qadri and Hafiz Qari Zaheer Ahmed. After recitation, beautiful naats were presented by M Asghar Chishti of New York, Mazhar Ali, Dr Ghulam Murtaza Naqibi, M Asghar Chaudhry, Manzoor Ilahi and Saleem Sheikh.
On 3rd December Jamia Masjid Minhaj-ul-Quran Nelson held a monthly ‘Giyarvee Sharif’ gathering for young students who attend the education centre. The mehfil began with recitation of the Holy Quran which was recited by Lybah Khan.

A dinner party was hosted on Nov 29, 2014 for the pilgrims who had the honor of performing Hajj this year. The party was held in Minhaj-ul-Quran Educational and Cultural Center New Jersy. The ceremony started with the recitation of Quran. This recitation was performed by Hafiz Moaz and Hafiz Ghulam Mustafa.

Minhaj-ul-Quran International Nelson welcomed distinguished scholar, Allama Syed Farhat Hussain Shah, to Nelson in November 2014. Allama Syed Farhat Hussain Shah, currently the President of the Minhaj-ul-Quran Ulama Council, was on a visit to host a number of key gatherings and sittings with Minhaj-ul-Quran members and all the various forums associated with Minhaj-ul-Quran Nelson. On Friday 28th November 2014, Allama Sahib delivered the Friday sermon at the Minhaj-ul-Quran Mosque.
On Thursday 27th November 2014 Jamia Masjid Minhaj-ul-Quran held a parents evening for the young children who attend the education centre. The evening was organised to inform parents of their children’s progress over the last year.
On 23rd of November, 2014, Sandwell Minhaj Women League UK held an Imaan study circle at Corbett street mosque in Smethwick, which was attended by around 20 members. The programme started off with recitation of the holy Quran by Sister Aisha followed by nasheeds by sister Aisha and sister Nazia. Stage secretary, sister Gulshan, introduced speaker sister Ruksana Parveen who gave a beautiful speech on Imaan by quoting from the book of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that everyone knows who fired bullets at innocent civilians and who is a killer. He said that we would not let justice be murdered, adding that Dr Tauqir Shah, who got orders of killing from the Chief Minister, is being appointed ambassador to make him stay mum. He said that the JIT composed of killers is not acceptable at any cost. He said that the establishment of a commission consisting of retired judges to review report a serving judge is tantamount to a contempt of court.

KARACHI: Workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) on Monday staged protest rallies and demonstrations against the court verdict of declaring their party chief, Dr Tahirul Qadri as an absconder and upon the completion of five months to the Model Town tragedy, ARY News reported. According to details, PAT workers staged protest demonstrations in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. In Karachi, workers of PAT’s women wing staged demonstration in front of the Karachi Press Club (KPC).
LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri says the Sharif brothers are afraid of transparent investigation into the Model Town tragedy because they are directly responsible for the killing of PAT workers. LAHORE: The Punjab government, after dragging its feet over formation of a second Joint Investigation Team (JIT) based on the August 28 FIR lodged by Minhajul Quran (MuQ), has finally formed a new investigation team. But before this team starts work on Wednesday, the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has rejected it. The new five-member JIT will be headed by CCPO Quetta Abdul Razzaq Cheema, AIG Discipline at CPO SSP Shehzad Akbar, DSP CIA Khalid Abubakar and one official each from the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Intelligence Bureau (IB).

Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Rotterdam, Holland chapter) organized a programme in connection with the holy month of Muharram on November 16. A large number of women attended the event. The idea was to make participants aware of what Muharram stands for and why the month has been so holy in the history.
On the 16th of November 2014, the Women's League of Minhaj-ul-Quran Nelson organized a Muharram gathering at the Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre in Nelson. This programme was hosted by Sister Nasreen Akhtar and Sister Ghulam Fatima. Approximately two hundred participants attended the gathering.
