Allah`s (swt) existence and oneness. We are responsible for having faith in Allah (swt), Whose work is one with His Being. Allah (swt) has attributes that are part of His Divine essence. Allah`s attribute of Kalam exists together with His Being.
The Qur’an and our Prophet’s teachings provide a detailed account of acts of worship. Our Prophet (saas) outlines the five obligatory acts of worship: The religion of Islam is based on five fundamental principles. Attesting that there exists no god but Allah, that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger, praying, fasting and pilgrimage. (Sahih Bukhari and Muslim)
Islam is a totality and one great whole. It is a Din, which deals with and covers the entire conduct of human life. That is why Islam undertakes the responsibility to fulfill all needs of human personality. We need not get into academic details of human needs that influence the development process or processes as described by Maslow and many other psychologists in the form of hierarchy of human needs. We are here to see the growth of human personality from the Islamic perspective.
Dr. Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi Nazim-e-Aala Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Sajid Mehmood Bhatti Nazim Youth League, Miss Farrah Naz Nazima Women League paid a three days visit to attend a CD Exchange Programme and address a Spiritual Training Session in Karachi. They were given a warm welcome at Karachi Airport on 17th of August. The Workshop started at Minhaj Library adjacent to Rehmania Mosque, Tariq Road at 5 P.M.

Nikah of Sahibzada Hussain Mohy-ud-Din Qadri, the youngest son of Patron-in-Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, was solemnized at the holy city of Madina Munawarah on Monday (September 3, 2007) to the daughter of central leader of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Allama Hafiz Nazeer Ahmad.
The construction work of the second central part of the building dedicated for “Gosha-e-Durood�? of Minhaj-ul-Quran International known as “Minaret as-Salam�? was inaugurated. A ceremony was held in the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International on Friday 1st Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, September 14, 2007. This prayer ceremony was held at the time of laying the foundation-stone of the minaret of “Gosha-e-Durood�?. At this occasion, Central Amir-e-Tehreek Sahibzada Miskin Faiz-ur-Rahman Durrani, Nazim-e-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Director Foreign Affairs G. M. Malik, Secretary-General Pakistan Awami Tehreek Anwaar Akhar Advocate, Nazim Youth Sajid Mahmood Bhatti, Professor Muhammad Nawaz Zafar, Amir Gosha-e-Durood Muhammad Salim Sheikh, Haji Riaz Ahmad, Amir Punjab Ahmad Nawaz Anjum and other leaders of the Tehreek were also present.
After Maghrib prayer, after viewing the moon they all gathered into the courtyard of the mosque for their final supplication. Shaykh-ul-Islam started offering his supplications in a very intense and emotional manner. Thousands of people with tears in their eyes were praying to Allah for their salvation, asking for right path, love of the holy Prophet and long life of their beloved guide. Shaykh-ul-Islam prayed for all the Muslims round the globe for their prosperity of health and Iman. He also prayed for the progress, stability and sovereignty of Pakistan
The inauguration ceremony of FM Radio and Mosque was held a few days ago under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Nelson. By unveiling the plaque installed in the courtyard of the mosque, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri performed the inauguration of mosque. In addition to this, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri also inaugurated the launching of Community FM Radio known as "Awaz" by cutting the ribbon.
A special gathering was arranged in the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International on December 3, 2007 in connection with the death anniversary of Sayedina Tahir Ala ud Din al-Qadri al-Gillani, the spiritual patron of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. This meeting was declared as condolence reference to the special disciple of Qudwat ul Awliya, Haji Sher Jan Qadri who served the former for 50 years. Haji Sher Jan Qadri breathed his last in Karachi two days ago in Darbar-e-Ghosia.
Chairman PAT Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri expressing his deep grief and condolence on the brutal murder of Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto has strongly condemned this woeful and barbaric incident of terrorism. He termed her assassination as the “murder of democracy? and a heinous conspiracy and assault against the solidarity of the homeland. According to him this is one of the worst tragedies in the history of our country.
Chairman PAT Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri says his heart is filled with grief and sorrow over the brutal murder of PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto. May Allah bless her with forgiveness and peace. Expressing solidarity with the family members of the late Benazir Bhutto, PPP workers, leaders and the nation at large, Dr Qadri strongly condemned her assassination saying: It is the murder of democracy and political freedom and a heinous conspiracy and a dangerous maneuver of hidden hands to dismember Pakistan. Paying tributes to the dynamic leadership of Banazir Bhutto he called her a gallant daughter of a dauntless father whom the unforeseen forces have removed from the scene. She was a political leader of high stature. Dr Qadri was addressing a press conference at Lahore Press Club telephonically from Canada. Nazim-e-Aala MQI Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Naib Nazim-e-Aala Shaikh Zahid Fayyaz, Anwar Akhtar Advocate, GM Malik and Director Media MQI Dr Shahid Mahmud were present on the occasion.
On a cold winter afternoon, Friday 14th December 2007, World Head of the Naqshbandi-Haqqani Sufi Order, Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani’s highest spiritual representative His Excellency Shaykh Muhammad Hisham al-Kabbani took to visit Minhaj ul Quran Centre, London, UK. Shaykh Hisham al-Kabbani was arm-heartedly received upon his arrival by a delegation from the London based centre of Minhaj ul Quran International. Bouquets of flowers were presented to the Shaykh at the reception.

More than 140,000 people across Asia have been killed after one of the most powerful earthquakes on record, in Indonesia, triggered massive tidal waves that slammed into coastlines in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, Thailand and Malaysia. Tourists, fishermen, hotels, homes and cars were swept away by walls of water unleashed by the 8.9-magnitude earthquake. Waves as high as 30 feet crashed into coastal areas throughout the Indian Ocean and Andaman Sea.
